Digital Project Manager

As our digital project manager, you’ll fulfill an essential role between our client, our team and the projects we deliver. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects while managing client relationships and expectations. You will collaborate closely with our digital team including digital designers, developers and content managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will process a strong understanding of digital technologies, excellent communications skills, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Key responsibilities:  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients;
  • Come up with creative solutions and recommendations to the client’s challenges;
  • Run projects from A-Z;
  • Ensure that our work delivered to clients reaches both our and the client’s standards;
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • You support on offering solutions to the projects or the client’s challenges and ensure deadlines are met; 
  • You maintain a good understanding of the industry and market segment your clients are active in;
  • Manage client feedback and requests, and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with internal teams including digital designers, developers, and content managers to execute projects effectively;
  • Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and ensure team members have the necessary support to complete their work;
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Available for 24-32 hours per week.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital project management or account management.
  • Have completed a degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, communication or in another relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development and digital marketing.
  • Are calm under pressure & resilient
  • Have a critical eye for detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have great problem-solving and effective team work skills
  • Skilled with project management tools such as Asana, Monday. 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Skilled with Figma, Microsoft Office, Excel and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

Not a must but a plus:

  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
